Our engineers respond to your individual wishes and are at your side with the latest 3D CAD engineering applications. We accompany you from the original idea through mold construction to the finished product, including ecologically and economically optimal packaging concepts!
Plastic rotation
We manufacture plastic parts for various industries, from industrial sectors such as agriculture or construction machinery, to medical applications, to home, garden & lifestyle. For this purpose, we use an extensive material portfolio of PE, XPE, PP, PA6, PA12 and other engineering plastics. In addition, we offer a wide range of different colors. On our total of 14 rotary lines, we manufacture a wide range of products, including small parts up to 4.5 m large hollow bodies. In addition, complex geometries can be realized by customized tools.
The plastic rotation process offers the possibility of inserting various inserts (inserts, threaded bushings, etc.) and customer and brand logos directly into the component.
Four automatic CnC milling centers are available for dimensionally accurate machining of your products. We are just as happy to complete entire assemblies in our spacious assembly areas to pack them properly.
Special service
As a manufacturer, we offer you extensive support in certifying your components by accredited third parties, for example, fire or hydraulic tests.
Particular logistics services such as “Just in Sequence” delivery and “Kanban,” as well as the development of customized load carriers, round off our wide range of services.
